Automated screwdriving pairs a cobot with a torque-controlled driver and screw feeder to drive screws, bolts, and other fasteners to a consistent torque and depth. Robotic screwdriving can monitor torque, angle, and seating during each cycle, helping reduce cross-threading, stripping, and improperly driven fasteners before they move down the line.
