This website is owned and operated by Cobot Team LLC ("Cobot Team," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the information, content, and features made available through it (collectively, the "Website").

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COBOT TEAM ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (i) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF WEBSITE CONTENT; (ii) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE; OR (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED ON THEM.

This Section applies to the use of the Website and does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not modify the terms of any applicable Sales Terms governing products or services you purchase from us.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms, and any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any such claims or disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Sales Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cobot Team regarding your use of the Website. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
